📝 Client Registration

Learn how to register and manage client profiles in RxKonet efficiently. This section provides a step-by-step guide to registering new clients and ensuring their information is correctly recorded.


🏥 Registering New Clients

📌 Why Register Clients?

Registering clients in RxKonet allows you to track visits, manage medical records, and communicate effectively with patients. Each registered client receives a unique membership ID for easy identification.


🛠️ Steps to Register a New Client

1️⃣ Access Registration

  • Navigate to Client Registration from the menu.
  • Choose Individual registration or Bulk Import (for multiple clients).

2️⃣ Enter Client Information

Required Fields

These fields are mandatory to complete client registration:

  • First Name
  • Phone Number (with country code)
  • Reason for First Visit

Optional Fields

These fields are optional but can be added to improve record-keeping:

  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Gender
  • Client Group (if applicable)
    • You can add clients to one or multiple groups if groups have been previously created in the system.
    • Click on the Client Group dropdown and select a group or multiple groups.

3️⃣ Save Profile

  • Verify all information is correct before saving.
  • Click "Register Client" to complete the process.

📩 What Happens After Registration?

✅ The client will be added to the Registered Clients list. ✅ If configured, the client may receive a welcome message on their phone number. ✅ Their profile will now be accessible for future visits and records.


📂 Bulk Import of Clients

📌 Why Use Bulk Import?

If you have a list of clients that need to be added quickly, the Bulk Import feature allows you to upload multiple clients at once using a CSV or Excel file.


🛠️ Steps to Bulk Import Clients

1️⃣ Access Bulk Import

  • Navigate to Client Registration from the menu.
  • Select the Bulk Import tab.

2️⃣ Download the Template

  • Click "Download Template" and choose either CSV Format or Excel Format.
  • Open the file and fill in the required details:
    • First Name (Required)
    • Last Name (Optional)
    • Email (Optional)
    • Phone Number (Required)
    • Gender (Optional)

3️⃣ Upload the File

  • Click "Choose File" and select your completed CSV/Excel file.
  • Click "Import Clients" to upload the data.

4️⃣ Verify the Import

  • Ensure all records are uploaded correctly by checking the Registered Clients list.
  • If errors occur, review the file format and correct any missing or invalid data.

📩 What Happens After Importing?

✅ All imported clients will be added to the Registered Clients list. ✅ If configured, each client may receive a welcome message confirming their registration. ✅ You can now manage and update these client records as needed.
