📌 Why Edit Client Profiles?​

Keeping client records accurate and updated is essential for quality healthcare delivery. This section guides you on how to edit personal details, medical history, contact information, emergency contacts, and insurance details.

🛠️ Profile Sections​

Below is an image of the client profile page. If you want to edit a client’s profile, click on the "Edit Profile" button.

1️⃣ Personal Information​

Modify basic client details:

  • Title
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Languages

2️⃣ Medical Details​

Update the client’s medical history to ensure accurate treatment records:

  • Clinical Information to add clinical details like Weight, Height, BMI, blood group, sickle cell status.
  • History of Chronic Illness by clicking on the add sign on the far right
  • Allergies by clicking on the add sign on the far right
  • Lifestyle details like smoking status, alcohol use, excercise frequency and diet
  • Social Determinants like education level, occupation etc

3️⃣ Contact Information​

Keep client contact details up to date:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email address
  • Residential address

4️⃣ Emergency Contacts​

Add or update emergency contact information to ensure timely communication during emergencies:

  • Contact Name
  • Relationship to Client
  • Phone Number

5️⃣ Insurance Information​

Ensure that the client’s insurance details are correct and up to date:

  • Insurance Provider
  • Policy details
  • Coverage information
