📌 Why Manage Client Records?
Efficient client record management allows pharmacists to:
✅ Quickly retrieve client details for consultations.
✅ Monitor visit history, medications, and diagnostics.
✅ Customize the client list to display only relevant information.
🛠️ Steps to Access & Search Clients
1️⃣ Navigate to Registered Clients
- Go to "Registered Clients" from the sidebar.
2️⃣ Use Advanced Search Options
- Search clients using multiple identifiers:
- 🔍 By Name
- 📞 By Contact Details
- 🏷️ By Membership ID
3️⃣ Customize Columns in the Client List
- Users can remove or add columns based on preference:
- Patient ID
- Name
- Contact Details
- Membership ID
- Visit Date
- Actions
- Click the Column Selector to modify the view.
⚡ Quick Actions
Clients' records provide multiple actions for quick access to key features:
✅ Profile – View full client details and history.
✅ New Visit – Start a new consultation or visit.
✅ History – Access previous visits, diagnoses, and medications.
✅ More Actions (via the menu ... button):
