📩 Sending SMS to Clients

Use the Send SMS feature in RxKonet to send appointment reminders, alerts, or follow-up instructions directly to clients via text message.

✅ Helps reduce missed appointments
✅ Enables quick outreach for important updates
✅ Supports one-to-one and group communication



🛠️ Steps to Send SMS

1️⃣ Navigate to SMS

  • Go to Communications > Send SMS

2️⃣ Compose the Message

  • Select a message template (optional)
  • Add a subject (optional)
  • Type your message (Max 160 characters)

📌 Variables like {Client Name} can be used in templates.


3️⃣ Choose Recipients

  • Individual Client – Search and select a specific client
  • All Clients – Bulk send to all registered clients
  • Client Group – Send to a defined group (e.g., diabetes clinic)

4️⃣ Select Contact Method

  • SMS is the current option
  • Email coming soon

5️⃣ Send Message

  • Click Send
  • Confirmation will show if the message is successfully sent

🧾 Viewing Sent Messages

To review previously sent texts:

  1. Go to Communications > SMS Messages
  2. Use filters by client name, date, or status
  3. See status of each message: Sent, Failed, or Pending

  • Double-check the phone number before sending
  • Keep messages brief and clear
  • Use templates for frequently sent messages
  • Review message logs to confirm delivery
