📩 Sending SMS to Clients
Use the Send SMS feature in RxKonet to send appointment reminders, alerts, or follow-up instructions directly to clients via text message.

🛠️ Steps to Send SMS
1️⃣ Navigate to SMS
- Go to Communications > Send SMS
2️⃣ Compose the Message
- Select a message template (optional)
- Add a subject (optional)
- Type your message (Max 160 characters)
📌 Variables like {Client Name} can be used in templates.
3️⃣ Choose Recipients
- Individual Client – Search and select a specific client
- All Clients – Bulk send to all registered clients
- Client Group – Send to a defined group (e.g., diabetes clinic)
4️⃣ Select Contact Method
- SMS is the current option
- Email coming soon
5️⃣ Send Message
- Click Send
- Confirmation will show if the message is successfully sent
🧾 Viewing Sent Messages
To review previously sent texts:
- Go to Communications > SMS Messages
- Use filters by client name, date, or status
- See status of each message: Sent, Failed, or Pending
