RxKonet allows you to record, view, and manage diagnostic tests such as blood pressure, glucose, malaria, and more. This helps in maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting treatment decisions.
โ Adding Diagnostic Test Resultsโ
Use this when a client returns with lab results or you perform a test outside a full encounter.
Steps to Add Test Resultsโ
1๏ธโฃ Navigate to Diagnostic Tests > Add Test Results
2๏ธโฃ Search for a Client โ Enter the name or phone number.
3๏ธโฃ Enter Test Details:
- Test Type (e.g., Blood Pressure, Malaria)
- Test Values โ e.g., Systolic: 120, Diastolic: 80, Pulse: 72
- Result โ e.g., Positive, Negative, or numeric values
- Notes (Optional)
๐ You can add multiple tests in a session by clicking โAdd Another Testโ.
4๏ธโฃ Click "Submit Test Result" or "Submit All Test Results" when done.
๐ Viewing Diagnostic Test Historyโ
Steps to View Test Resultsโ
1๏ธโฃ Navigate to Diagnostic Tests > View Test Results
2๏ธโฃ Search for a Client โ Enter the clientโs name or number
3๏ธโฃ Apply Filters using:
- Test Type
- Date Range
Youโll see:
- Test type
- Date and time
- Results
- Notes
๐ Viewing Test Trendsโ
For numeric results (e.g., blood pressure, glucose):
1๏ธโฃ Open View Test Results
2๏ธโฃ Click the Actions (โฎ) menu next to the test
3๏ธโฃ Select "View Trends"
๐ This shows graphical trends over:
- 24 Hours
- Week
- Month
- 3 Months
- 6 Months
- 1 Year
This is useful for tracking chronic conditions or changes over time.
๐ Editing or Updating a Testโ
To correct or update previously recorded tests:
1๏ธโฃ Go to View Test Results
2๏ธโฃ Click Actions (โฎ) > Edit
3๏ธโฃ Modify the test values or notes
4๏ธโฃ Click Save Changes
๐๏ธ Deleting a Test Resultโ
To remove an incorrect or duplicate entry:
1๏ธโฃ Go to View Test Results
2๏ธโฃ Click Actions (โฎ) > Delete
3๏ธโฃ Confirm the action
